He is honest, extremely knowledgeable, personable, listens to understand what YOU want during the car-buying process instead of trying to deter you into a direction that would not be beneficial for you, and then after he has a thorough understanding of what you expect, he does everything to work out the very best deal for you. Multiple times during the initial time with him, I was astonished at how he offers such unique insight and can give you a completely new perspective about car-buying, and I walked away (or rather drove away in my new [to me] vehicle) full of valuable information for more purchases later on. I contacted him, told him what I wanted, did everything over the phone, went to get my vehicle and was in and out within an hr time frame.
