When I first arrived I told the service representative will come out and sign me in. I sat in my car for almost 4 or five minutes and I went inside. The representative was on a phone call and said that she was on her way out. She was had ask someone to watch the call for her because she was on hold. I received a message at the vehicles when I call back or text back. It took a while for me to get a response. I wanted to make sure all services were done.

Took several days to even look at the vehicle, but did not have loaners. Service rep called me once morning saying the car would be ready by the afternoon. Then ghosted me the rest of the day. When I arrived that afternoon, no work had been completed. Complained and was assigned a new “service representative”. She then ghosted me the next day. You can’t even call anyone else in the department because they have a useless AI agent screening calls. Top it all off, they barely could fix anything. Basically they gave me a battery and charged me $700 and kept my car for over a week. And now my a/c doesn’t work, but since they didn’t work on that, it is not their fault. One of the worst customer experiences of my life.
