Went to many different dealerships to test drive vehicles prior to coming here and can definitely say they have top notch service and an extremely easy laid back buying process! Immediately greeted when walking in, and what really stood out is our salesman was prepared for our appointment, every other dealership had long wait times even when we had an appointment. Our salesman Alex V was wonderful to work with and had great communication with us through the entire transaction. Would definitely recommend to reach out to Alex V for any vehicle purchases.

Sales department is outstanding, financial is very proud of the dealership, but service department worst experience ever, specially when I face since the very first month problems with my truck, my vehicle is being at the service department several times and still have the same problem, my truck stayed 2 weeks a week ago and still the same noise on it, so sad and disappointing, I’ll take it somewhere else

Service was quick and report came via email is neat. My service advisor Chris Todd is a very knowledgeable and welcoming. However, for the package I paid it supposedly includes test drive. I don’t think they performed it as my milage did not change.
The service man Wesley, He made sure that I was satisfied with the maintenance was done perfect, and that he kept his word and followed up when I got home to make sure everything was good. He also had the car washed and gas it up. Wesley is a wonderful service man🙂😉

Poor communication and slow service. The $180 detailed wash is not much better than what anyone would do on their driveway and they left some areas dirty and they won’t even top your fluids. The sales team told me they would call me back and never did

The overall experience was satisfactory, though not without its flaws. My two primary concerns were: 1) Inspection of the car upon delivery: Upon inspection, I noticed a white streak on the front of the truck. Initially, I mistook it for tape because there was random adhesive around the truck that I had to remove. However, it turned out to be a paint chip, which was disappointing. 2) Questions regarding add-ons during the finance process: I appreciate the leadership’s response and attention to resolve it.
