I had great experience at Group 1 GMC North. My service there was top notch. The parts guy answered all my questions about the part I needed and pointed me to the service desk for maintenance. I felt comfortable because Juan at the service desk took his time to hear what my concerns were. While I was waiting my cell phone died. Alexandra allowed me to charge my phone while I waited on my vehicle. All in all I was satisfied with the service and all who made it an enjoyable visit.

Communication- there was an inconsistency of communication between the technicians, the service reps, and all in between.
The truck was held for almost 2 weeks. An oil change should not take over two hours. for thirteen years I have been taking my Lacrosse to Beck&Masten for scheduled oil changes. This was the first time it took this long.
My family and I wanted to purchase another vehicle and the team at Group1 was very professional and helpful. They answered our questions and showed us the vehicle we wanted to see. They were super friendly and very personable. We are very satisfied with our purchase and the customer service. We are repeat customers and will continue to be for years to come.
