The overall experience was satisfactory, though not without its flaws. My two primary concerns were: 1) Inspection of the car upon delivery: Upon inspection, I noticed a white streak on the front of the truck. Initially, I mistook it for tape because there was random adhesive around the truck that I had to remove. However, it turned out to be a paint chip, which was disappointing. 2) Questions regarding add-ons during the finance process: I appreciate the leadership’s response and attention to resolve it.

Where do i begin?
Where do i begin?! First off I originally looked at a canyon at the north location but was told it was in transit to the southwest location. After a few days of back and forth with the southwest dealership, i booked a test drive. Morning of, i receive a text to confirm my test drive for that afternoon. Upon arrival, no one greets me, i have to go find someone to take me to my salesman. Shake hands and sit for 20 minutes only to then be told that the truck was not delivered yet and no ETA was given. I left after seeing nothing and wasting over an hour of my time. almost a week later i get pictures of the truck coming of the transit truck and immediately told that it was sold while being unloaded and that there was another one at the north location. I tell them to leave it at the north one as its more local for me. I book a test drive with the north location and upon arrival there I'm told the truck i wanted to look at had "problems" no further explanation given. Luckily they had 3 other trucks of the same trim package, just in different colors. I end up doing paperwork for the color i originally didn't want but was tired of waiting and had zero trust the dealer would ever get a functioning one. The paper work took too long and i had to comeback the following day with a cashiers check from the bank for my downpayment. My salesman from the day before was off that day but told me he would make sure i was taken care of when picking up the truck. I was far from taken care of. i give my check to the receptionist who tells me to sign the back of my cashiers check (i knew that wasn't necessary and told her that but she persisted) She takes the check back to the finance manager who brings me my license plates and tells me i shouldn't have signed the back of the check! Luckily they were still able to process it. After that, no one comes to help me for 20+ minutes because no one communicated with each other that i still needed my plates mounted and keys from a salesman. I get one key and am told the spare will be overnight shipped from the accounting office the next day. After a week, i have no spare key after asking my salesman twice and am then told that it was lost in transit. Tells me they'll need to cut me a new one and contact a lock smith for me. 3 days of back and forth with the lock smith and i cant get him to show up either! What hurts the most is that i brought my dad with me and he was thinking about upgrading his GMC Sierra there if we had a good experience purchasing my truck. Worst purchasing experience of my life and i honestly regret giving any business to this dealership/group. Before, during, and after they have your money; you mean nothing to them. I love my truck and the product GMC provides but the service is worse than abysmal! No one i know personally will ever bring business here and i encourage EVERYONE I meet to do the same!

My salesman from the day before was off that day but told me he would make sure i was taken care of when picking up the truck. I was far from taken care of. i give my check to the receptionist who tells me to sign the back of my cashiers check (i knew that wasn't necessary and told her that but she persisted) She takes the check back to the finance manager who brings me my license plates and tells me i shouldn't have signed the back of the check! Luckily they were still able to process it. After that, no one comes to help me for 20+ minutes because no one communicated with each other that i still needed my plates mounted and keys from a salesman. I get one key and am told the spare will be overnight shipped from the accounting office the next day. After a week, i have no spare key after asking my salesman twice and am then told that it was lost in transit. Tells me they'll need to cut me a new one and contact a lock smith for me. 3 days of back and forth with the lock smith and i cant get him to show up either! What hurts the most is that i brought my dad with me and he was thinking about upgrading his GMC Sierra there if we had a good experience purchasing my truck. Worst purchasing experience of my life and i honestly regret giving any business to this dealership/group. Before, during, and after they have your money; you mean nothing to them. I love my truck and the product GMC provides but the service is worse than abysmal! No one i know personally will ever bring business here and i encourage EVERYONE I meet to do the same!

Poor experience with the salesman David and vehicles at this location. I purchased a preowned GMC Sierra cash and mentioned some issues before diving it off the lot. I noticed it needed to be detailed and the coolant was lot. The salesman ensured that he’d handle it prior to driving it off. The next day I pick up the vehicle and it’s not detailed. I drive it for 20 miles and boom it starts overheating and smoking. I call the salesman and he gets a attitude and hangs up. It’s a mess from there because they didn’t want to pay for the tow. Eventually I talk with the GM and he had enough sense to take care of the entire situation. Overall I retuned the vehicle with my money back and thankfully got out of that situation. One thing to mention please ask for your multi point inspection paperwork. It’s ridiculous that the salesman didn’t even know what that was.
