He is honest, extremely knowledgeable, personable, listens to understand what YOU want during the car-buying process instead of trying to deter you into a direction that would not be beneficial for you, and then after he has a thorough understanding of what you expect, he does everything to work out the very best deal for you. Poor experience with the salesman David and vehicles at this location. I purchased a preowned GMC Sierra cash and mentioned some issues before diving it off the lot. I noticed it needed to be detailed and the coolant was lot. The salesman ensured that he’d handle it prior to driving it off. The next day I pick up the vehicle and it’s not detailed. I drive it for 20 miles and boom it starts overheating and smoking. I call the salesman and he gets a attitude and hangs up. It’s a mess from there because they didn’t want to pay for the tow. Eventually I talk with the GM and he had enough sense to take care of the entire situation. Overall I retuned the vehicle with my money back and thankfully got out of that situation. One thing to mention please ask for your multi point inspection paperwork. It’s ridiculous that the salesman didn’t even know what that was.
