Adrian took great care to get me back on the road to work as quickly as possible. He is a great asset to Group 1 aka Beck & Masten North. Group 1 Buick GMC North is a little off the beaten path, but if you are looking for a fair value on your trade in, a great overall purchase price, and no sales pressure, it's well worth the drive.

No one is rude, and it's easy to make an appointment.
However, it always takes at least two hours to change the oil. Two hours is excessive, especially when quick lube options are available literally everywhere. When I arrive (15-20 minutes early), I get a face to face with the service advisor, and then communication disappears. They rely on texting links to give you updates and request for approvals on suggested service. The first text you get is one that says "you can reach out and stay in contact throughout the process." They are awesome when you are purchasing vehicle but communication is not well. I was told my items would be fixed by Tuesday. They kept vehicle till Wednesday but I did not get updated Tuesday because my service rep was off. I haf to contact them. Also none of my items were addressed except regular maintenance items. They are supposed to be free of charge but each tine I go they try to charge me. Communicate all and I will be happy
Got there at 7:50 am for 8 appointment. Just went in for a simple oil change. Left at 10 am. Why does a simple oil change take 2 hours. Should get the next one free.

Excellent service experience. My advisor Wesley was able to get me in on very short notice and technicians were able to replace the faulty module quickly. I was able to get my vehicle back in less than 24 hrs which is extraordinary. Love doing business with this dealer . I bought 2026 GMC Yukon AT4 . First I had minor issue with the Vehicle and I report it to manager . Manager and entire crew was very helpful and they offer me to fix the issue which I decline the repair since it was brand new vehicle.
